Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and some drawbacks. The rooms were amazing with complimentary treats and wine, but they were smaller than expected and only had one locked window, near a loud elevator, and not ready for check-in at 14:00. The service was incredibly friendly and welcoming, with a range of amenities available from room service to valet parking. The location was superb, near essential sites and a variety of dining and shopping options. The dining experience varied from amazing spread with variety to average, and the facilities overall were satisfying.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the room lacked coziness and decoration, it was spacious and had a comfy bed. The service was warm and friendly, and the location, though not ideal for first-time Lisbon tourists, was pleasant and convenient. The dining options were hit or miss, with some aspects being disappointing. Overall, the hotel offered value for money but had room for improvements in certain areas.
The hotel seemed nice at first glance, but I was a bit let down by the rooms which were too hot and not as elegant as expected. On the bright side, the service was welcoming and professional, making me feel like a valued guest. The location was superb, offering easy access to both the main railway station and the city center. The dining experience was pleasant with a variety of options, although the overall facilities could use some improvement.
During my stay, the hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff; however, the dining options were a bit limited. The location was great, close to restaurants and transport options. The price was reasonable, but some amenities could be improved.
The hotel is perfectly situated near the metro station on the blue line, making it convenient for airport transfers and city exploration. The rooms are clean and spacious for the price paid, although noise from the corridor and other rooms can be a significant disturbance.
The hotel is in a lovely area of Lisbon, close to various amenities and transport options, with fantastic staff. However, the heavily scented rooms and aging appearance can be off-putting. The breakfast selection was amazing, but some aspects of dining fell short.
